SOCIAL SCENE: EDDIE MERLOT’S PRE-OPENING VIP PARTY

Tuesday is opening day at the new Eddie Merlot’s steakhouse at One Loudoun and tonight, Loudoun’s movers and shakers came out to celebrate the newest Ashburn hotspot.

After several nights of practice serving friends and family, the new Eddie Merlot’s steakhouse opened its doors to local movers and shakers for it’s Pre-Opening VIP party. And if tonight was any indication, it’s going to be the hot new place for happy hours, the hip place to see and be seen.

Featuring a long bar with top notch mixologists, various dining rooms and private rooms — and a menu full of high end steaks and seafood, Eddie Merlot’s is sure to impress when it opens to the public on Valentine’s Day. The Burn was there this evening and took plenty of photos for your viewing pleasure.
