Breakfasts in Ashburn are about to get a whole lot more delicious thanks to the opening of Famous Toastery, a restaurant chain that focuses on breakfast and lunch and is closed for dinner. Famous Toastery will open Nov. 11 at 43780 Central Station Drive in the Loudoun Station complex. That’s across the street from Burger 21.
The restaurant’s breakfast menu includes a variety of Eggs Benedict dishes as well as omelets, egg sandwiches and pancakes. The lunch menu features sandwiches, salads, burgers, wraps and melts.
The first Famous Toastery opened in North Carolina in 2005. There are currently more than a dozen locations up and down the east coast with more planned. The Ashburn location is the first Famous Toastery in Virginia.
