Construction is underway on the Ashburn’s first ALSI supermarket and the job postings have gone up for managers and associates.
The former Safeway space at the Broadlands Village Center has been sliced up and gutted — a wall has been built down the middle — and a portion of the shopping center’s brick facade and roofline has come down as the space is remade per ALDI’s designs.
Meanwhile, the future store will be holding a “hiring event” to recruit potential managers and store associates. The event is currently scheduled for July 26-27 at the Embassy Suites on Waxpool Road.
