Excitement is building for the new Squisito Pizza & Pasta coming to the Ashburn Village shopping center. Today, the marquee signs were mounted on the facade of the building and the restaurant is planning to open in September — sometime in the next few weeks.
The Burn first told you about plans for the new Squisito restaurant back in March. (See article here.) It’s part of a 7-unit chain in the greater D.C. market. There are six locations in Maryland and one in Lorton, Virginia. The Ashburn location will be its first in Loudoun, second in Virginia and No. 8 overall. A ninth location is in the works in Ellicott City, Maryland.
You can check out the Squisito menu on their website here. Managers say the restaurant is actively hiring staff right now and will be holding a hiring event on September 8 and 9.
Looks so yummy
So does the food in the pictures at fast food restaurants. Let’s hope Squisito tastes as good as the pictures look.
