There’s progress being made at the new Mexican restaurant — El Rey Tolteca — that is coming to the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. Most noticeable to passers-by — the fun sign that was recently installed over the entrance. (The Burn gets excited about signs. We’re weird.)
The new El Rey Tolteca will be the second location for the brand. Their original restaurant is on Sudley Road in Manassas. You can check out their menu here.
Managers at the Ashburn location say they hope to open sometime in mid-to-late November.
