ASHBURN NAMED NO. 2 BEST PLACE TO LIVE

The community earned the accolade in Money magazine.

Quick shout out to Ashburn for earning the No. 2 spot on Money magazine’s annual “Best Places to Live” list. That’s a jump up from the No. 30 spot a year ago.

The magazine cites the impending arrival of the Silver Line Metro service, the announcement that 3,700 US Customs & Border Protection jobs are moving here and even quotes Tony Stafford, Ashburn resident and owner of Ford’s Fish Shack.

Oh come on Frisco Texas? Texas is 95% private lands, very few parks. If you want to go camping, book 6 months ahead, no air/water quality monitoring, the EPA was effectively neutralized in Texas 11 years ago, Independent School districts so you never know what your kids will be learning from year to year..(yes Dinosaurs were on the Ark but only babies ones), Hot summers, you have to walk the dog before 5am and the cost if 6 hours drive and the ocean is muddy.
