The fast-food chain Wendy’s is exploring building one of their drive-thru burger restaurants at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mills Road.
The small business development there in known as the Evergreen Commerce Center and already features a Sheetz gas station and convenience store. Back in November 2018, The Burn reported that an ALDI grocery store was a possibility for the site as well as a preschool and some restaurants. (See our story here.) Now we know that one of the restaurants pursuing a spot there is Wendy’s.
With the recent announcements that a Popeye’s and a Zaxby’s are also coming to south Loudoun, it looks like more and more chains are starting to notice the growth in the area.
WHY! SMH
yes there is already a Wendy’s on 50 in south riding.
And on Old Ox
I really hate that south Loudoun is becoming a dumpster of fast food chains. There are plenty of healthy casual dining options out there — Sweetgreen, Cava, True Food Kitchen… Why don’t we bring in those restaurants?
