Old Navy, the popular clothing retailer, will be setting up shop in the Dulles 28 Centre shopping plaza. That’s the center at Waxpool Road and Pacific Boulevard where Wegmans, Target and DSW are located.
The Burn has learned that Old Navy will be taking over the large space left vacant by Eastern Mountain Sports when it closed back around 2017.
This is a coup for the center because large tenants like Old Navy can sometimes be hard to find. Regionally and nationally, there are often more spaces available than there are stores looking.
Construction on the space has started and we’ve been told September is the target for when they would like to be open. Just in time for holiday shopping.
And if you’re wondering if this will impact the Old Navy store just up the road at the Dulles Town Center shopping mall, we’re are told no. That store is staying just as is.
