So yesterday, The Burn reported that the new Kovi Asian Street Food Kitchen in Leesburg was opening their doors starting today — Thursday. Alas, that didn’t come to pass. Owner Vi Nguyen decided they needed one more day of fine-tuning before the big opening tomorrow, Friday, July 19.
