Jefferson Ale House unveils new menu at One Loudoun

The new bar and restaurant is in the former World of Beer location.

The new Jefferson Ale House at One Loudoun in Ashburn has unveiled a new menu — and The Burn has your first look at it.

You’ll remember that back in June, we reported that the World of Beer restaurant and bar would be changing names to the Jefferson Ale House. Well, the owners aren’t changing just the name. The beer and wine selections are being tweaked and improved, and they’ve also upgraded the menu.

Dishes on the new menu include Street Tacos, Steak Fajita Flatbread and the Meat Lover — a plate full of pulled pork, pulled chicken and sliced brisket.

The only thing left to complete the change over will be the new signs on the exterior. Those are coming soon. Meanwhile, check out the full menu we’ve posted below.
