It looks like Wendy’s is the latest business looking to set up shop in the quickly growing Evergreen Commerce Center in southern Loudoun County. That’s the center on the pie-shaped plot of land in Arcola where Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Mills Road meet.
According to documents filed with the county, developers are looking at putting a Wendy’s in between the IHOP restaurant that recently opened and the ALDI grocery store that is currently under construction.
The little center has stirred lots of interest since thousands of drivers go by it each day. Here’s the current and future tenant list as we know it today:
- CubeSmart self storage (open)
- Sheetz (open)
- IHOP (open)
- Prestige Preschool Academy (coming soon)
- ALDI (coming soon)
- Wendy’s (in the works)
As we’ve mentioned previously, the South Riding/Stone Ridge/Chantilly portion of Loudoun County has seen a recent influx of new quick service restaurants, a new Wendy’s being the latest. There’s a Popeyes under construction across from Stone Springs Hospital and a Zaxby’s and Royal Farms recently opened nearby.
Great crappy food moving in
Why could it not have been the Sonic we were to get on Gum Springs?
