Kidcreate Studio, an art studio just for kids, is coming to Ashburn in 2020. The owners tell The Burn it’s the first of two studios they are planning for Loudoun County. They hope to open it this coming summer.
Kidcreate Studio is a national brand of art studios for children. They hold art classes, camps and birthday parties — all centered around creating “fridge-worthy” art. Along the way, kids get to learn basic art concepts and experiment with different materials.
According to the Kidcreate website, they have 11 open studios and seven more in the works in 10 states. Besides Ashburn, there is also one in the works for Alexandria Va.
The franchisees of the local studio — Meera and Nishil Patel — report they are still in the site selection process, looking for the right location in Ashburn. We’ll share an update when they choose the spot for their first Kidcreate Studio.
