The numbers continue to rise rapidly. Overnight, the number of reported coronavirus cases shot up from 87 on Tuesday to 105 as of Wednesday morning. The numbers are coming from the Virginia Department of Health.
The Loudoun County Health Department continues to report only two fatalities from the virus in the county. The Burn is waiting for updated numbers from local health officials.
Statewide, there are now 1,484 coronavirus cases and 34 Virginians have died.
