Coronavirus death toll in Loudoun stands at 10

The death toll from the coronavirus has risen to 10 in Loudoun County. Two additional deaths have been announced in recent days — a man and a woman, both over the of 65. All 10 of the victims have been 65 or older. The fatality rate in Loudoun stands at 2.2 per 100,000 people.

(Note: The state provided graphic at the top shows nine deaths in Loudoun, but the county reported a tenth death this afternoon.)

There are now 475 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Loudoun County. This is out of 2,510 people who have had their test results reported to county health officials.
