The new Jinya Ramen Bar location in the Reston Town Center has announced it will officially open its doors this Friday, August 14.
As part of its opening celebrations, Jinya will offer several food special discounts including its Tonkotsu Black Ramen (image at top) for $10 for the first 10 days. The dish features a pork broth simmered for 20 hours, with fresh thin noodles and garlic oil, and topped with pork chashu, kikurage, green onion, nori dried seaweed, seasoned egg, garlic chips, fried onion and spicy sauce.
The restaurant, which is located at the corner of Explorer Street and Market Street, will only be offering take-out and delivery to start. Plans call for Jinya to open its dining room to guests sometime this fall.
