Ashburn’s Noah Epps eliminated on “America’s Got Talent”

Well, it’s taken us a full day to post this because we are so bummed out. Ashburn 7th grader Noah Epps, who has had a fairy tale run on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” was eliminated on Wednesday night’s show.

The 12 year-old who attends Stone Hill Middle School is a skilled dancer who studies at Studio Bleu in Ashburn. His specialty is hip hop, but he is trained in a variety of styles.

Tuesday night, he performed a dance against a fantastical backdrop of a giant arcade and an ominous forest with a giant doll-headed creature looming overhead. (See video below.) The judges had kind things to say about his performance, but this time, advancing to the quarterfinals was up to viewers voting. Only five acts advanced this week, and unfortunately, Noah wasn’t one of them.

But what a fantastic run. A big congrats to Noah for his amazing accomplishments.
