The menu at Rahama is filled with interesting dishes, many of them from Central and West Africa, such as Jollof Rice, usually made with tomatoes, onions and meat; Omo tuo, a type of smooth rice ball; a rice and beans dish called Waakye; and Fufu, which is usually a combination of cassava and green plantain. Besides the Sterling location, there are Rahama restaurants Alexandria, Woodbridge and Silver Spring.
