A new Vietnamese restaurant is on its way to Ashburn, taking over the space of a restaurant that recently closed. The new restaurant will be called Viet Fire Kitchen.
Viet Fire Kitchen will open in the Ashburn Eats restaurant plaza just west of the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Waxpool Road. That’s the same center with the Five Guys and the Moe’s Southwest Grill. Viet Fire is taking over the space where Pho Bistro used to reside. Pho Bistro quietly closed its doors in late 2020.
The menu and other details about Viet Fire will be released in the coming weeks. We are told they hope to open their doors sometime in March or April.
