The new At Home decor and furnishings store in Leesburg is not opening today as they had originally hoped. Instead, the store is apparently still being put together and stocked and they have pushed the opening date until next Wednesday, March 3.
Like many other Loudoun County residents, The Burn turned out for the expected soft opening today, only to be greeted by an employee at the door saying the opening was moved to next week. This was backed up by signs on the door touting the March 3 date.
The new mega-store is one of the anchors at the Compass Creek development between the Leesburg airport and 267. It’s located right next to the Walmart store and just down the road from the Ion International Training Center.
