Every once in a while, The Burn likes to highlight a local business that is expanding beyond Loudoun County. That’s the case with the Greenheart Juice Shop brand, which is headquartered in Sterling. Greenheart already has three Loudoun locations and now they are expanding to Fairfax and even DC.
Greenheart gets a wide variety of produce — much of it from farms right here in Loudoun — and turns it into fresh juices. These are bottled and sold from the various Greenheart locations or delivered to communities around the region. Some of the cold-pressed juice varieties include The Rooster, with spinach, kale, cucumber, celery, parsley and lemon; and the Liquid Gold, which is made from carrot, pineapple, pear, tumeric and ginger. Greenheart also has soups, salads, cashew milks, granola and other products. You can see their full line-up here.
The brand was founded in 2013 and includes stores in Leesburg, Aldie and Middleburg. Just last week, Greenheart opened its first location outside of Loudoun with a store in Vienna. And a future store is in the works for Georgetown in DC.
