Turkish restaurant Oxus 7 relocating to Old Ashburn

The restaurant has a robust breakfast menu along with lunch and dinner dishes.

A Sterling restaurant specializing in Turkish cuisine, is relocating to a new space in Old Ashburn. The name of the establishment is Oxus 7 and it will be going into a spot on Ashburn Road.

Oxus 7 features a wide variety of dishes from Turkey and the Mediterranean region, including manti, a Turkish-style ravioli stuffed with ground beef and topped with garlic yogurt and sauce; and lahmacun, a baked crispy flat bread with ground meat and ground vegetables, served with mixed greens and lemon. The restaurant has also made a name for itself with its popular breakfast items. You can see the full Oxus 7 menu here.

Originally opening in Sterling in early 2020, Oxus 7 will move their operations to a vacant space at 20937 Ashburn Road that was previously a Peruvian chicken restaurant. We’re told they are hoping to launch the new location sometime in May.
