Another day, another new building going up at the ever-growing One Loudoun development in Ashburn. The latest building is designated at Building T and, according to the artistic rendering of it, it will feature retail space on the ground floor and office space on the upper floors.
The 40,000 s.f. building is going to be located right on Loudoun County Parkway. It will be nestled just south of the Sterling Restaurant Supply building, next to a multi-level parking garage and the Trader Joe’s parking lot.
It’s the latest in a series of new commercial buildings that have been going up around One Loudoun. As The Burn has been reporting, two new retail and office buildings have gone up along Exchange Street, north of the current downtown One Loudoun. Co-working company Venture X is taking much of the office space in one of the buildings, while rumors swirl about what new stores and restaurants might be taking retail spaces on the ground floor.
Separately, new apartments called The Vyne have gone up, and a Tru by Hilton hotel is also under construction. Meanwhile, new townhomes continue to be built in the neighborhood adjacent to the One Loudoun commercial area.
So far, no tenants have been formerly announced for the new Building T. But we should start hearing names soon enough.
