Lots of local restaurant goers have been eager for the upcoming Lettuce Be LoCo eatery coming very soon to downtown Leesburg. The restaurant, which is specializing in salads, soups, and warm bowls, has now unveiled its debut menu and a sneak peak inside.

The Burn told you about Lettuce Be LoCo back in August, and how it was opening at 208 Church Street SE. Loudoun residents have been eager for a salad-centric restaurant, similar to the the chains Chopt and Sweetgreen. Now, we are getting our own homegrown option.

The inaugural menu, which you can see below, features six curated salads, as well as five bowls and three soups. There will also be specialty salads that will change with the seasons.

There is also a build-your-own option with various rice and greens as a base, and then a wide variety of proteins, toppings and dressings.

So a combo such as arugula and roasted citrus chicken topped with green apple, avocado, feta cheese, hard boiled egg, and toasted pumpkin seeds is in the cards. (This will likely be The Burn’s first order.)

In the photo carousel at the top, you can also get a feel for the decor of the new restaurant — lots of soft colors, natural textures and garden-type imagery.

The folks from the Lettuce Be LoCo team haven’t said exactly when they plan to open, other than saying that a soft opening will be “happening soon.” But a little bird told us that could be as soon as next week. They are continuing to hire staff as well, so for anyone looking, here’s a fun opportunity.
