A new “grab and go eatery” is coming to Purcellville and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches are going to be one of the mainstays on the menu. The new eatery has been given a very straightforward name — Purcellville Eats.
Purcellville Eats is opening in a space at the Purcellville Center at Blue Ridge Station shopping plaza. That’s at the intersection of East Main Street and North Maple Avenue.
According to the restaurant’s social media, some of the featured items could include a pizza grilled cheese sandwich and possibly a lobster grilled cheese as well. The Purcellville Eats team recently called it “No Frills. Just Grills. Grilled cheese that is.”
They also say there will be milkshakes available as well as other items. More details on the menu should be coming in the new year.
The restaurant is currently under construction. The interior has been decked out in the Purcellville Eats colors — gold, yellow and dark red. And the sign is already up on the facade.
However, an opening date hasn’t been announced yet. So far, they’ve only thing the Purcellville Eats team has said is the restaurant is coming sometime in 2022.
