Purcellville grilled cheese restaurant unveils debut menu

Purcellville Eats, a new gourmet grilled cheese restaurant coming to P’ville, has released a first-look at its menu featuring a variety of sandwiches, a build-your-own grilled cheese option, creamy tomato basil soup and hand spun milkshakes.

As The Burn first told you back in December, Purcellville Eats is coming to the Purcellville Center at Blue Ridge Station shopping plaza at the intersection of East Main Street and North Maple Avenue.

Today, the Purcellville Eats team unveiled its menu anchored by curated grilled cheese sandwiches like the Cubano, the California Smash and the Pizza Melt.

There’s also one called the Pub Grill. If that name is reminiscent of the nearby Purcellville Pub, it’s not a coincidence. Restauranteur and P’ville resident Kevin Bednarz is the owner of both establishments, as well as the Ashburn Pub.

Bednarz describes the concept as “no frills, just grills.”

When the restaurant opens, they plan is to initially have hours from 11 a.m, to 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then they will add more days as they get rolling.

The opening date for Purcellville Eats hasn’t been officially announced yet, but we’re told sometime in February is a safe bet, so stay tuned. In the meanwhile, you can check out the eatery’s debut menu below.
