A new indoor golf center is preparing to open in Leesburg. It’s called Tap In Golf and it’s coming to a vacant space in the Virginia Village shopping center off Catoctin Circle SE.
Tap In Golf will have seven bays featuring golf simulators where golfers can practice their drives or even play a simulated round. They will also be offering lessons using the simulators for folks looking to improve their game.
Besides the simulators — and a small putting green — there is also going to be a full bar at Tap In. A small kitchen will serve up traditional bar food.
The Tap In team envisions the center as being the type of place that friends can gather and have a fun evening of indoor golf, but also a place the serious golfers can go to work on their game with lessons and practice sessions.
The official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but we’re told it’s going to be soon — possibly as soon as the next week or two.
