Tap In Golf opens its doors in Leesburg

A new indoor golf center, which includes a bar and restaurant, has started a soft opening in Leesburg. Tap In Golf uses high-tech simulators to help people improve their games or have a fun day with friends.

The Burn first told you about Tap In last month. The new facility is located in the Virginia Village shopping center off Catoctin Circle SE.

There are seven simulator bays where golfers use TrackMan technology to practice their game.

The vision is that Tap In will be both a place that friends can gather for a fun round of indoor golf, as well as serious golfers who are looking for help improving their game.

There will eventually be leagues, lessons, clinics and even golf camps.

Besides the simulator bays, there is also a practice putting green as well as a full bar. A onsite kitchen will also provide bar style food.

As mentioned — Tap In Golf is currently in a soft opening mode. Here’s how they describe it on their website. “We’re operating on limited hours while we ramp up to our full offerings, but you can now rent a bay through (the website), anytime from 2PM-9PM. The kitchen is on and the taps are flowing if you just want to stop by for some food or drinks.”
