Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill aiming for April opening in Loudoun

A new Korean-Mexican fast-casual restaurant called Bebop is getting close to opening in Ashburn. The sign has recently been installed over the door and the Bebop team is putting the finishing touches on the space.

The future Bebop location in Ashburn. It has taken over the former China Taste restaurant space, as can be seen by the image left on the facade from the previous sign.

As The Burn first reported last October, Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill is coming to a spot in the Old Ashburn Square shopping plaza. That’s a small strip center along Ashburn Road in Old Ashburn.

It’s the second location for the brand. The original Bebop opened on Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax in 2016.

The menu at the restaurant focuses on what they call their signature GOGI burgers as well as rice bowls and burritos. You can check out the full menu below.
