Another tenant has signed on for the newest block of retail storefronts at One Loudoun — the same block that is getting Loudoun’s first Sephora store and the first South Block smoothie and juice shop.
The latest tenant announced is LaserAway, a laser hair removal and skin care brand. LaserAway will be taking a space next door to South Block on the west side of Exchange Street.
LaserAway has dozens of locations across the country, including many centered in the Los Angeles area. Here in our area, there are locations in DC, Arlington and Tysons Corner.
Besides hair removal, LaserAway offers tattoo removal, cool sculpting, botox and other services.
The new retail along Exchange Street is part of several recently constructed buildings that include the Vyne Apartments and office space for Venture X, a shared workspace facility, and Compass, a real estate firm. There are retail spaces on the ground floor.
As The Burn has previously reported, the first two tenants announced were a Sephora beauty products store and the South Block smoothie shop. More tenants are expected to be unveiled soon.
