Ashburn’s Riverside Square announces new future tenants

Riverside Square, the shopping center under development on the north side of Route 7 in Ashburn, has another new tenant.

It leaves only 4-5 retail/office spots left, according to Monument Retail, the developer.

The latest tenant announced is a Sherwin-Williams paint store. They have also confirmed the news reported by The Burn last fall that OrthoVirginia, the state’s largest orthopedics practice, was also setting up shop in the center.

The above businesses will be joining a line-up at Riverside Square that already includes the Oak Health Club, Nails by Tiffany, Sola Salon Studios, Texas Roadhouse, Sheetz, Black Hog BBQ, Mattress Warehouse, The Learning Experience and Burger King.

The future site of a Sherwin-Williams paint store.

There are still two more potential in-line retailers next door to the Mattress Warehouse.

There is also a retail site designated for a future drive-thru restaurant and two parcels of land by the Texas Roadhouse that could also be future restaurants, stores or offices. Time will tell.

Meanwhile, immediately adjacent to Riverside Square — with connecting parking lots — is the Lexington 7 project, that is the future home of The Ballpark, the Igloo Design Center, a climbing facility and family entertainment center called Up, and the planned Route 7 Beer Co.

Other than The Ballpark, few details on the other Lexington 7 tenants have been released yet, so stay tuned.
