Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill opens for business in Ashburn

A unique new restaurant has officially opened its doors in Ashburn. We’re talking about Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill that has a new location in the heart of Old Ashburn.

Bebop has taken a spot in the Old Ashburn Square shopping plaza along Ashburn Road. That’s just a block or two north of the Ashburn Fire Department.

The Burn first reported the Bebop news last October. It’s the second location for the nascent chain, after the original location opened in Fairfax County in 2016.

The menu at Bebop mixes Korean flavors such as marinated bulogi meat with burgers, chicken sandwiches, rice bowls and burritos. It’s a bit hard to explain, so better that you just check out the full Bebop menu here.

There are a handful of tables in the small Bebop dining room, but Bebop will be focusing on carry out orders and delivery as well.

This place has a “we’re closed” sign on the door. Maybe they’re open and just don’t have any staff…whatever reason, they’re not open yet.
