Bruster’s Real Ice Cream headed to southern Loudoun

Sweet news for folks in the Highway 50 corridor of southern Loudoun County. A new Bruster’s Real Ice Cream shop is coming to your area.

The Burn has learned that Bruster’s has signed a lease for a roughly 2,400 s.f. space in the Stone Ridge Village Center. It’s going into the prominent corner spot that used to be Snap Fitness.

This will be the third location for Bruster’s in Loudoun County. The first one opened in the Broadlands in Ashburn in May 2020. And more recently, one opened in Leesburg at the Shops at Compass Creek this past May.

Bruster’s is well known for making their ice cream onsite fresh each day. They have a huge number of flavors that rotate on the menu.

Some examples include Banana Peanut Butter Ripple, Almond Divinity, Caramel Explosion with Twix, and Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. You can check out the full 21 pages of Bruster’s flavors here.

We’re told the owners of the new Stone Ridge Bruster’s hope to open around the start of the new year.

Sounds like a good move to me – replace a fitness center with an ice cream shop!
