The sign has gone up at the new South Block smoothie and juice bar coming to One Loudoun and now we know they are aiming to open in early 2023 — specifically January if all stays on track.
The shop is coming to the same new block of retail spaces at the busy center that is home to Sephora and the future home to Sweetgreen, Madison Reed, Warby Parker, Lululemon and other shops.
According to its website, South Block is a local brand with 13 locations so far around Northern Virginia and the District. The first South Block opened in Clarendon in Arlington back in 2011.
The brand is known for its acai bowls, its smoothies, its cold-pressed juices and more.
