A new retail center in Herndon will be coming online next year and it’s already starting to line up tenants. It’s called the Arrowbrooke Centre and it’s just off the tollway at Exit 10.
The Burn has learned the Arrowbrooke Center is the future home to an Ornery Beer Company Public House.
According to its website, Ornery got its start in 2015 and currently has two locations — one in Fairfax and one in Manassas.
There is also a nearly 13,000 s.f. space that is the future site of Home2India, a South Asian supermarket specializing in foods and flavors of India. I’m told the folks behind this project are from Loudoun County.
The Arrowbrooke Center is immediately adjacent to the tollway. When you exit at Exit 10, it’s the big parcel of land on your right.
Construction is well underway and the finished product will include some 274 apartments.
On the ground level, there will be roughly 34,000 s.f. of retail — including the above mentioned tenants.
There’s room for six or more additional restaurants and shops in Arrowbrooke, depending on how they divide up the space, and we’re told several other deals are finalized or in the works.
Construction on the property will be finished up mid-2023, and we should start seeing tenants opening their doors late next year.
