The Local Cut in Purcellville unveils its new menu

Exciting news as a new Loudoun County restaurant shares a first look at its upcoming menu. We’re talking about The Local Cut, a locally-owned scratch kitchen concept coming to Purcellville.

The new menu features cleverly named dishes such as a Tipsy Ribeye, Trash Can Nachos and a pasta dish called “Helicopters and Roundabouts” — which is a local joke sure to be appreciated by folks who live in Purcellville and western Loudoun. You can see the full menu below.

The owners say calling it a “scratch kitchen” signifies that everything is made fresh in house each day. They will also have gluten-free options and a dedicated gluten-free fryer.

There will also be a weekly “Cut of the Week” offering different local steaks, chops and other meats — plus a daily happy hour with drink specials.

The Burn first told you about The Local Cut back in August. It’s located in the Maple Shops at East Main Street and Maple Avenue.

The restaurant will feature a unique “split” style of service. One half of the restaurant is full service, with a dining room and bar. The other half is more like a fast-casual restaurant where you can order food at a counter for carry out. Delivery will also be available.

While the official opening date is still being determined, we’re told it is close — as in possibly any day now. So stay tuned and check out The Local Cut’s menu below.
