Loudoun’s first Dash In Kitchen getting closer to opening

Loudoun County’s first Dash In convenience store, restaurant and gas station is getting ready for prime time at its location off Gum Spring Road in the South Riding area.

The signs have gone up on the building, the gas pumps have been installed and construction is close to wrapping up. The site is just north of the Gum Spring intersection with Tall Cedars Parkway.

The Burn first started reporting on Dash In’s plans to expand into Loudoun County back in 2018. The Maryland-based company has more than 50 locations, including four so far in Virginia.

The Loudoun County location is a first for the company as they debut a new store concept called the Dash In Kitchen. It will have a full restaurant inside similar in vein to Wawa or a Royal Farm. We’re told the Dash In Kitchen menu is still being finalized.

There is also a car wash on the property — dubbed the Splash In to play off the brand’s name.

We’ve confirmed that Dash In is planning additional locations in Loudoun County. While the company has not announced any other official locations, The Burn has reported on two possible spots in Ashburn.

Based on public documents, one is near the intersection of Route 7 and Claiborne Parkway and the other is near the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Ridge Drive.

Right now, Dash In is looking at a late February opening date for the Gum Spring store. The opening date will be solidified in the coming weeks once construction is complete and they can begin training their staff on the new concept.
