New “SnackBar” coming to downtown Leesburg

Chef Curtis Allred is at it again. The serial restauranteur is bringing a new dining concept to downtown Leesburg. It’s called SnackBar and its menu is filled with plenty of delicious sounding eats.

SnackBar will open at 1 Loudoun Street SW. That’s a building adjacent to and connected to Delirium Cafe, another one of Allred’s enterprises.

Allred has shared the first menu for SnackBar and it includes a variety of flatbreads as well as small plates such as Yardbird Confit and Harissa Kettle Chips, finger foods like a Chi-Style Dog and a Philly Cheese Steak, and much more.

There are also milkshakes, a large line-up of beers and a variety of wines, including some from Allred’s own label — Gypsy Cellars. You can see the full Snack Bar menu below.

“Every new thing that opens has been more expensive, more extensive, more complicated,” the new brand shared on social media. “It’s time something opened that remained committed to wholesome, fresh and delicious but wasn’t expensive. We all know someone who’s a foodie that wants to pick a dish apart but, in truth, just wants great flavor at a great value, and doesn’t want to give the money to a national or regional franchise chain to get it.”

No word yet on when SnackBar will open, but it should be early in the new year. We’ve been in touch with Chef Allred and hope to have more details soon.
