A new restaurant is headed to Ashburn, bringing with it the trendy raw fish dish known as poke. Details are still scarce but we’re told it will be called Ohana Poke.
Ohana is coming to the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. That’s the Giant-anchored center off Gloucester Parkway at Ashburn Village Boulevard.
The restaurant is taking the 1,200 s.f. space next door to the Thai Ashburn restaurant. And there’s a good reason for this — we’re told the folks who operate Thai Ashburn are the same folks bringing Ohana Poke to the center.
No details yet on the menu for the restaurant or whether it will be a fast-casual restaurant or a full-service sit-down style place.
There’s also no word so far on when they hope to open. We have messages into the Thai Ashburn folks as well as the center’s landlord, so stay tuned for more details.
