Exciting news for fans of the new Local Provisions restaurant in Sterling. A little over a month after its grand opening, they are expanding their service hours and adding lunch and brunch to their offerings. And we’ve got a first look at the new menus.
Lo Pro, as it’s called, opened in early February in the Cascades Marketplace shopping center. It was immediately met with rave reviews.
The restaurant specializes in comfort food, but done with a stylish, chef-influenced flair. The restaurant is also known for its fresh-baked breads.
Now, they are expanding with a new brunch menu and a new lunch menu. They will expand their service hours starting on Thursday, March 30.
The lunch menu includes a Faroe Island Grilled Salmon, a French Omelet with Boursin cheese and chives, a Mesquite Roasted Beef Sandwich, and an Italian Chopped Salad (pictured at the top of this story).
The brunch menu is similar, but also includes items such as a Farm Egg Sandwich, an Italian French Toast, as well as cocktails like a mimosa and the Lo Pro Bloody Mary. You can see both menus below.
