Fans of the shops in the Old Ashburn section of Ashburn will be happy to hear that A New View has found a new home in the community. And it’s just down the road from its last spot.
Earlier this month, we reported how the quaint home decor shop had closed its store on Ashburn Road while it searched for a new location. Now, that location has been found.
It’s in a house-like building at 20800 Ashburn Road that has been used as an office building. That’s literally only about two blocks or so from its previous spot at the corner with Hay Road.
A New View is known for its “upcycling” of items — taking used furniture and decor items — and breathing new life into them.
While the A New View team may have secured a new spot, they aren’t quite ready to open yet. On social media, they have predicted it will be several more months before they open their doors again.
