Dig, a new restaurant coming to One Loudoun in Ashburn, is getting ready to open and The Burn has your first look inside the newly retrofitted space.
Dig, which took the spot that was formerly Zoe’s Kitchen, has really opened the space up with light bright colors that take full advantage of the wrap-around windows.
There is one important update. Regular readers may recall that Dig had announced that they were opening this Friday, September 6. However, due to some unexpected delays, that date has now moved to next Friday, September 13.
This is the first Dig in Virginia. The brand — which is based in New York — has locations from Boston down to DC, including one in the District and one in Maryland.
The Dig concept is fast casual with a menu of sandwiches, plates, and salads that changes with the seasons and offers fresh ingredients throughout the year. You can see the Dig menu here.
