A small retail center is being planned for a spot along Tall Cedars Parkway in the South Riding/Chantilly area of southern Loudoun County.
If the project comes to fruition, it’s going to go up on the northwest corner of Tall Cedars and Meadow Farm Court.
That’s just a block or so east of the intersection with Gum Spring Road.
The building tentatively will have three units — a convenience store in the largest, with two smaller retail spaces next to it.
One of the spaces is earmarked as a small restaurant space. However, no brand names are publicly attached to the project yet.
(The artist rendering at the top shows upwards of five units in the center, but the c-store will reportedly take up three of them.)
We’ll keep you posted as more details come to light and we learn what stores might eventually call this tiny center home.
