Regular visitors to the Solace Brewing location in Loudoun County have enjoyed weekly visits from various food trucks — but now, the brewery has opened its own onsite kitchen and unveiled a new food menu.
The brewery is located at 42615 Trade West Drive in Suite 100. That’s just off Arcola Mills Drive south of Ashburn.
The new menu — which was quietly rolled out last month — features a mix of lighter fare and heartier meals.
There are shareables like Beer Battered Onion Rings and a Barvairan Pretzel served with three different dipping sauces.
There are sandwiches including burgers and chicken sandwiches, plus several kinds of hotdogs. They have a kids menu and desserts as well.
They even have loaded tater tots — topped with ingredients such as beer cheese, grilled corn, black beans, cheddar cheese curds, or a sliced half smoke sausage. You can see the full Solace Brewing menu below.
