{"id":1253,"date":"2016-12-21T15:44:25","date_gmt":"2016-12-21T20:44:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/theburn.com\/?p=1253"},"modified":"2016-12-21T15:44:25","modified_gmt":"2016-12-21T20:44:25","slug":"uncorkd-art-coming-goose-creek-plaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theburn.com\/2016\/12\/21\/uncorkd-art-coming-goose-creek-plaza\/","title":{"rendered":"UNCORK&#8217;D ART COMING TO GOOSE CREEK VILLAGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">In an unlikely marriage, the new restaurant Spice Town in the Goose Creek Village shopping center at Belmont Ridge Road and Sycolin Road has divided its dining room in half in order to make way for art tables that will host Uncork&#8217;d Art painting events soon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you\u2019re not familiar with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uncorkdart.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Uncork&#8217;d Art<\/a>, it\u2019s one of those \u201cpaint and sip\u201d businesses where you and your friends paint your own masterpieces while sipping on wine. Think Painting with a Twist in the Broadlands, or Pinot\u2019s Palette in Herndon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1255 size-patch-masonry-image\" src=\"http:\/\/theburn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_8764-640x480.jpg\" alt=\"uncorked art\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spicetownrestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Spice Town<\/a> only opened last month in the space previously occupied by the doomed Manhattan Burger &amp; Deli and blink-and-you-missed-it David\u2019s Kitchen. Now, the new Spice Town sign has been paired with an Uncork&#8217;d Art sign.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Spice Town can probably afford to have fewer tables as it appears much of its business is carry-out and delivery. The menu, which features pizzas, wings, kabobs and many other items, will be available to customers at Uncork&#8217;d Art, meaning it will be more of a \u201cpaint, sip and munch\u201d type place.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1257 size-patch-masonry-image\" src=\"http:\/\/theburn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Uncork_d_Art_with_TM_only_copy-ID-1d35216e-13e3-4c60-f3c7-9da81c2d2bfb-640x289.png\" alt=\"uncorked art\" width=\"640\" height=\"289\"
