A Peruvian rotisserie chicken restaurant in Old Ashburn has closed its doors, less than two years after it opened. District Pollo, which was located on Ashburn Road, is no more.
The restaurant closed earlier this month and the closure is not believed to be related to the coronavirus pandemic that has caused havoc in the local restaurant community.
District Pollo opened back in July 2018. It served up traditional Peruvian chicken as well as rice, beans, and other staples. No word yet on what new tenant might take over that space.
This is the second Pollo place to close in that location over the last 3 years…where can you get good Pollo now in Ashburn??
