The building has landed! The new pre-fab coffeeshop that will become The Human Bean later this summer was installed at its new home in Sterling earlier this week.
A crane lowered the structure onto its pad at the Guilford Station project near the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Church Road, just off State Road 28.
The Burn first broke the news about the Bean coming a year ago. It’s one of the first east coast locations for the Oregon brand that is rapidly expanding across the country.
The purveyor of coffees, teas, and smoothies — which is drive-thru or walk-up only — is targeting a late August/early September opening.
