It looks like a new store specializing in hot tubs, saunas, and swim spas is headed to a growing Ashburn shopping center. The company is called Capitol Hot Tubs and they are reportedly taking a spot in the Riverside Square center.
Riverside Square is the retail center on the north side of Route 7 that is home to Oak Health Club, Texas Roadhouse and Black Hog BBQ, among other businesses.
Capitol Hot Tubs is taking a vacant spot in the same building with Black Hog and a Mattress Warehouse store. That’s next door to the Sheetz gas station and convenience store.
According to its website, there are three Capitol Hot Tubs locations currently — one in Fairfax and two up in Maryland. This will be their first store in Loudoun County.
Riverside Square has been in development for several years now. Recent additions include a new OrthoVirginia office and a Sherwin-Williams paint store. There are still several additional parcels of land for future retail or restaurant buildings.
