Buford’s Biscuits, the popular Leesburg restaurant serving Southern-style cathead biscuits with all kinds of toppings, is re-opening today — Friday, April 7 — at its new location.
It was back in February that news broke that Buford’s was closing its location on Loudoun Street SE in order to move a couple of blocks away to their new location at 7 West Market Street. That’s the space former occupied by the Cocina on Market Mexican restaurant.
Well, after a month of hard work, the Buford’s team has renovated the space and they are opening for lunch today, and then again for dinner.
With the move, Buford’s will be offering an expanded menu of hearty Southern dishes. But the biscuits will still be a centerpiece of the restaurant.
