The new cocktail bar, food hall and (very soon) brewery known collectively as The Dell is officially open now at the Village at Leesburg.
The Dell is the new name for the bar and food space that was previously called ChefScape.
The Burn broke the news about The Dell back in February. Along with the rebranding for the space, Water’s End Brewery has set up a full-on brewing facility behind glass windows and very soon will be in operation and serving their line-up of beers.
The current offerings in the food hall include pasta dishes from Paulie’s Italian Kitchen, Latin American flavors from Colombian’s Place, and gourmet hot dogs from Lucky Dog.
The back-of-house space (non-public) continues to be part of ChefScape — a food incubator and commercial kitchen where many local caterers and food-based businesses work out of.
