Ahso Restaurant relaunches daily lunch service

Ahso Restaurant, the popular upscale eatery in Ashburn’s Brambleton Town Center, has once again started serving weekday lunch. The move comes more than three years after the restaurant cut back on hours during the height of the pandemic.

With the addition of a weekend brunch earlier this year, Ahso is now back to serving lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The new lunch menu features a number of favorite sandwiches and salads, as well as several larger plates including a Grilled Hanger Steak Frites and a Grilled Bronzino.

One of the new items on the menu is a sandwich called “Chef Jason’s Fave” — named after owner and chef Jason Maddens. It features smoked short rib, egg salad, dijon mustard, and pickles on pumpernickel bread.

Now that Maddens has full hours restored at Ahso, his focus will soon turn to Dom Nuzzi’s Italian Steakhouse — the new restaurant he will be launching at Brambleton’s Bram Quarter development. You can read our exclusive story about that project here.

In the meanwhile, you can see the full Ahso lunch menu below. The restaurant’s lunch hours are weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
